The Mega-Valve is a manually operated dispense valve used with the CD250 Dispenser. Two 1/2″ ball valves allow for the high rates of flow necessary for overlay applications. The mega Valve is designed so the two components do not meet until within the disposable mixer. This feature eliminates the need to clean the valve other than wiping the threads clean with some solvent and applying a small amount of grease to prevent the retaining nut from bondiong to the valve.
